Hello, I would like to know if the new radios that use PL2303 can be programmed with the free firmware opendg77? thank you

Pl2303 is a USB to serial chip. So the answer is No.
All of the supported radios have the USB function as part of the main processor. Anything needing a USB to serial chip almost certainly is using a different processor.

The firmware is
only compatible with radios listed in the heading of the website
Amateur radio firmware for the GD-77, GD-77S, DM-1801 Version 1 only, DM-1801A, RD-5R, MD-9600/RT-90 and MD-UV380/RT-3S and DM-1701 / RT-84 radios
It will never be compatible with the DR-1801 because the hardware in this radio is completely different to the old DM-1801
