:( Oh no!
My DM-5R can't enter the firmware upgrade mode after flashing the GD77 firmware. I pressed the SK1 and SK2 keys, then started up, the green light flashes 4 times, and then it enters normal use mode. Can anyone help me?

Give more details

Is this the first time you tried to do a firmware update on this radio?

Hi,

Smells like corruption/erasing of the MCU "protection" bytes.

Cheers.

This is the first time I've flashed firmware on this radio. I suspect that it may be due to flashing the wrong firmware version that has caused the current problem.
Now this radio can write frequencies normally, but it cannot enter firmware flashing mode.
Is it possible to fix?
Thank you for your reply!

Thanks a lot!
Is it possible to restore it to its initial mode?
