I uploaded a PDF version of the latest user guide to GitHub (sans table of contents, as my renderer was having some issues). Any tips on converting MD to PDF?

Great job ! ! !, but I do not know how to explain that the picture used in the PDF is an old one, tinkered by KD2LH.
My original image is very often updated and available in "Off topic / Keys & Butons" on page 1

Sorry, I must have missed the latest update. I will upload this into the GitHub repository and ask for a pull request. You can actually do so -- I'm still learning the ropes of Github myself.

That was me. I guess I got confused with the "December" month number. Either that, or I must have written that filename before my first coffee.
