Greetings. I installed this new beta and after approximately 40 minutes, listening to a transmission from the traffic agents in dmr mode it restarted, strangely it doesn't restart during transmissions but when there is no transmission at all.
Normally I use it in echo mode 1, I decided to do a test and change to echo mode 5, to my surprise the radio is on for a few hours and has not restarted. Thanks to the developers for the dedication 73 to all
I strongly suggest you to update the DMR Id list, using the latest CPS version (2022.01.02.01), menu "Extras" -> "Download callsign database"

Cheers.

Thanks for the tip.
I did what you told me and after the update I turned on the radio and left it on in echo mode at 1 and after about 20 minutes the radio restarted, so I decided to test it in echo mode 5 it worked for hours without problems. Continuing the tests, I put it in echo mode 0 and after approximately 5 minutes the radio froze forcing me to turn off the radio by the button, I turned the radio back on and did another test leaving it in echo mode 2, the radio was on for a period of 3 hours and there was no reboot. Anyway I'm going to use it for a while longer in echo mode 2 to see what happens.
thanks again to the developers 73 everyone.

BTW, was it scanning when it rebooted, or was listening a single FM or DMR channel ?

Cheers.

Installed the new beta. Loaded the codeplug to the radio with the new CPS. Loaded latest KEPs
Radio is now running in RX promiscuous mode plus TS/CC off, suspend mode on, on our local DMR repeater. Let's see if the reboots occur again.

I'll keep you posted.

The device ran from Mon Feb 07, 2022 10:53 am. This morning, Feb 09, 08:10 am I noticed that date/time & KEPs were gone again, so it seems the device did a reboot last night. Battery was down to 50%. I don't know if this information is important or not but one thing i forgot to mention in my last post, I also loaded ~21.000 radio IDs onto the device.

What next? Should I try to run with TS/CC on, to see if this is where the problem is located?

Hello I was listening to a single channel in dmr, in fm I have no problem.
Just a feedback, the radio is on for approximately 12 hours in echo mode 2, listening to public services in dmr and so far it has not restarted once in this period.
I noticed a bug in the date, here I can't put today's date 2022-02-09 or any other year as long as it's today, for example if I try to put 2023-02-09 it's not accepting.
I will do a test scan on dmr to see if it continues without restarting.
Cheers 73.

Okay about the single channel listenning. I tried to replicate that here (since this morning, scanning, single channel listening, at Eco level 0, no reboot so far from my side).

About the date, yes, there is a bug (fixed now) which forbids to enter 09 19 29 in Februrary.
To circumvent this, ATM, you could update the Keps using the CPS, as the date and time are updated as well.

Cheers.

There really is a bug in the date when the year, month, and day are entered. I can't enter February 9th, in any year. I am entering this way 2022-02-09. I did the same procedure in 4 GD77 equipment, in the rest everything works perfect. I thank and greet the developers. Thanks.

Interesting, I haven't had time to update so I'm still on the previous beta, issue is the same so this isn't new. Very strange bug :)
