I've lost my cable. It seems nobody has a replacement for sale. And I hear the pinout is not standard.
Anybody could provide the pinout?

I believe AliExpress sells these USB cables.

Yes. AliExpress does sell them, because you can buy a Baofeng radio without a cable.
i.e this is a gotya when buying the cheapest option on AliExpress, as the vendors remove the cables and then sell them separately at an inflated price.
You can make a Baofeng compatible cable from a TYT cable by swapping the USB D- and D+ wires in the plug
