I have not modified txt file, no error while loading keps, given screenshot is the recent one. Time set to local and UTC to +5.30.

is my handy not supported? does it work only on GPS version of DM 1701?

one more thing to tell that after every single use of opengd77 CPS, It freezes my PC-windows 10 and I have to restart it to work normally.

There is no GPS in the DM-1701.
BTW, have you defined your location ? ("Radio Info" menu)
When your entering the satellites menu, is it empty, or a "empty list" is displayed?

yes, I have added my local coordinates in asked format and after entering, it has automatically generated my grid square location.

under satellite menu, it shows List empty

Very strange problem.

Only difference is that I have a STM cpu in my DM-1701

Make a backup of the flash, and send it to me (privately, email is available on QRZ.com).

The issue is now resolved — I can see the satellite list.

Here's what I did: I first re-flashed the firmware back to the original Baofeng version, then flashed it again with OpenGD77. After that, everything started working as expected.
