Just tried locally, and it works as expected.
Have you modified the satellites.txt file ?
What is the Keps URL ?

After reinstalling again thefirmware and keps everything works ... i must have missed some step thank you for your answers and patience

Satellite data format was changed to support APRS via the ISS about 6 months ago. Most likely you had a missmatch between CPS and firmware which causes the satellites to not list correctly

I'm not able to find CPS version 2023.08.10.01.

that version is really old, better try with the last CPS and the last OpenGD77 BETA.
