What is the firmware file name you put in the radio? What is the firmware version? what is CPS version?

Firmware and CPS mismatched. I would suggest upgrade to latest firmware.

What is the filename of the firmware you have flash to the radio.

I compile the firmware myself, but I didn't change anything in the source files, I'll try an older CPS, but I doubt that the authors changed anything in the usb-com drivers

Thanks for your help, the device was identified as OpenGD77(COM12), after deleting the driver together with the driver files, I turned the radio off and on, it was immediately identified as OpenGD77(COM3) and now works stably regardless of the CPS version
