Really pulling my hair out.
So many videos and they go about it differently. Any one seen a step by step method?
All references I see are for contacts, what's about the other files?

There isnt a one size fits all solution
Everyone makes their codeplug slighly differently.
However a few key points are
OpenGD77 codeplugs support advanced features not available on other radios / firmware, because of supporting TalkGroup lists which greatly simplify the codeplug structure, so that you only need 1 channel per repeater.
Ignore any videos etc only for other radios, as their codeplugs will be much more complicated and confusing.
