My Baofeng 1701 keeps rebooting without letting me use it

Hi, I've had my 1701 for a long time, obviously with OpenGD77.
The day before yesterday, I had the radio on on my desktop, and it started rebooting nonstop. When the radio stays on for a long time, it's about 7 seconds. If not, the reboot is almost instantaneous.

Reflash the firmware, the codeplug, the DMRID database, the keps, and the voice pack if you had installed one.
