Who can provide RD-5R flash and MCU files?

Hi, I've lost my original flash memory and MCU backup files for the RD-5R. As part of a test, I want to return to factory firmware but need to restore the flash memory and MCU from backup files first. If you backed up flash memory and MCU from an RD-5R immediately after installing OpenGD77, would you please consider sending me your backup files? Thanks!
