It would be impossible the fit a GPS module inside the case of the radio, but you could fit a GPS on the outside and drill a hole through the case for the power, the and data wires

Hi GP-02 people, I have two stupid questions. I'm trying to add GP-02 into DM-1701.
The First one, where is PA9 and PA10. The STM32 Chip has two mark on it. I believe the mark on the lower right is the real mark and the one on the top left is a fake one. If I'm right that means PA10 and PA9 are on the left side of the photo, Pin 7 and 8 counting from the bottom. Can anyone confirm this for me please.

The second one, I'm planning to put the GP-02 underneath the volume and channel selector. I will use N-MOS (SI2300) to switch on the Ground side of the GP-02. Ground is easy, However, my stupid question is where can I get Vcc (3.3V) in this area?

Because I can only load the pictures which size is less than 250KB, maybe the chips' model is not very clear. The following is the details:
MCU -- Geehy-APM32F407VGT6
Modem -- Hongrui HR_C6000
RF -- AUCTUS AT1846S
ROM -- Winbond-W25Q128JVSIQ
BTW, we finished the project successfully in Baofeng DM-1701.

I have successfully put GP-02 module into my DM-1701. I decided to use the module, not kit, without backup battery. I might add a battery in the future, but the GPS cold boot takes only less than a minute, so I'm satisfied for now.
The N/F pin on the module is function perfectly. on a bench top power supply the module takes 18 mA when N/F is high and 0 mA when N/F is low. So I decided not to use N-MOS.
wiring details
3V3 (RED) <--> PIN 8 of Flash memory chip
GND (BLACK) <--> PIN 4 of Flash memory chip
N/F (GREEN) <--> Pin 8 (PA9) on the left side counting from the bottom of the STM32 chip
TX (YELLOW) <--> Pin 7 (PA10) on the left side counting from the bottom of the STM32 chip

GP02 module with 4 wires. double-sided taped to a SOIC8 (I believe it is an op-amp, bot not so sure)

Cool.
If you are using a bare-bones GPS module, you should consider using one which supports other GNSS constellations, as the GP-02 does not support Galileo or GLONASS

The GP-02 can be configured to use GLONASS instead of BDS. I will try this configuration for my second 1701.

I'm not sure which M10 generation modules would fit inside a dm1701.
Virtually all modules listed on AliExpress etc, as M10 generation have the same chipset in them
I use Quescan branded modules in my md9600, but other brands perform about the same.
I think the variation in performance is mostly related to the antenna size
