  • Reapply CSS RX once the DTMF sequence has ended.
  • Take care of RD5R display buffer height (48 vs 64 on MK22 platforms).
  • Screengrabber Python script takes care of RD5R screen size too.
  • Add GPS support for RD5R platform.
    • NOTE: the RSSI screen doesn't display the sat's number, as there is no room for this on screen.

Hello!

I'd like to report a bug that I'm experiencing with this version and also with version 2025-03-16.
I mentioned in 03-16 an audio bug with DMR reception where the audio is choppy. I'm also having the same bug with version 03-23.

I had this on my MD390UV, but today I received a new MD390UV-10Watts and with the last 2 firmwares I have the same audio bug on both radio. Both work fine with version 2025-02-15.

Thank you very much for the excellent work!

work fine with version 2025-02-15.
Unfortunately, on my MDUV380, the firmware version 2025.02.15 did not show up on the positive side.

Hi !
Here is a recording where the audio bug (reception) can be heard. You can hear the wavering in my voice and the whispering.

Thanks !

I can't open it for the time being and am unable to download it. Could you please send a copy of the firmware and CPS to my email address? Thank you so much.

Hi. I have exactly the same issue if I set the DMR Rx AGC to 3dB or more. The issue is stronger the higher the dB value is set. This applies to reception. The issue can be reproduced: while listening to a communication in progress on the repeater, go into Menu/Options/Sound Options and change the DMR Rx AGC: from off to 6 dB.
Often, simply entering the menu is sufficient. (but there must always be DMR Rx AGC increased)
On the home screen this also occurs but only sometimes.
RT3S SN 2202R03S11xxxxx STM CPU.
EDIT:I've just noticed that there may be a link to “Prompt: Beep”. When it is "Prompt: Silent" the problem does not seem to occur.

Hi !

Yes, Same here. If I choose "Prompt: Silent". The problem is no more there. Same if I choose "DMR Rx AGC: Off".

Thanks !

Hi maestros, I'm using this version and no problems so far, just a little suggestion. Would be nice if we can add/remove already created channels to a current zones in the radio menu. The only workaround for now is create a channel and this channel will be added to the current zone.

Thanks again for the great work you have done fir this project

I also have sound interruptions when I set AGC to 3dB or higher. However, when I set 0dB, in my opinion the sound is better than on the last version from 15.12.2024 because the sound is flat, i.e. there is no characteristic metallic-buzzing (Retevis RT-3s).
