Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX

Had another one occur. This time I wasn't here to manually reset it and it timed out in PiStar. Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX

My PiStar is configured Simplex. I DO use a frequency offset (-150hz). It's a Pi Zero W running 4.1.6 PiStar with updates. It's configured for slot 2. in the past, I've seen the missed packet happen in other sequences including when the voice data is coming from Brandmeister as well as from the loc...

Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX

PiStar missed an "End of Voice" packet after the local call to 3100 talkgroup: M: 2020-01-02 15:51:54.770 DMR Slot 2, received RF voice header from KD2LH to TG 3100 <<<<<<<comment>>>>>> the end of voice transmission was not received by pi star, and the dashboard was stuck until I made a local call t...

Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX

Will do...

It's now running with the dashboard live log running on one browser session.

No problems in the last 20 minutes. I'll leave it running until a problem occurs, and try and capture the log and GD77 screen info.

Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX

Following up on this. Loaded the 12.31.2019 version of the firmware. Brought it up in hotspot mode, and controlled it with a Pi Zero W. It locked up within about 10 minutes of booting in the middle of the receipt of data from Brandmeister. It had received the first of three identity packets (with th...

Re: Latest update - December 14th

Just confirming. I do not have a TG List assigned to the channel, just the Private contact 9990 Parrot. This is being transmitted as TG 9990, not private contact 9990. This is not correct operation, right?

Re: Latest update - December 14th

With the 12/15 OpenGD77 CPS and the 12/15 version of firmware (c974b13) I still see the private ID 9990 (parrot) transmitted as a talkgroup.
