Re: Latest update - December 14th
I have the digital ID defined as a private IDs for Parrot and my own Radio ID. When I make a call into a hotspot, it shows up as Group 9990 instead of a private call. When I call another radio configured for private ID on the same channel (direct) the radio with OpenGD77 won't open squelch, but the ...

Private Calls Re: Latest update - December 14th
Has anyone tried calling a contact with a PRIVATE rather than GROUP ID using this new firmware.
The GD77 will receive a private call from another radio, but when it transmits I think it's marking it as a GROUP ID.

Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX
My guess (without better tracing) is that a buffered voice data packet inside OpenGD77 might be being sent again out of sequence to PiStar at a later (sometimes much later) time. I've seen my local RF transmission resent well after it occurred.

HI, I have this running on a Pi Zero W now. We'll see if the slower computer / usb interface makes a difference.

Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX
Here's the PiStar desktop and log from today's test. The failure occurred within about 15 minutes of leaving the device and GD77 idle (no local RF). Re: Hotspot mode - Apparently stuck in TX
Could this problem relate to mode switch issues between DMR operation and when PiStar MMDVM Host triggers morse ID periodically?
With the right tracing software / hardware I'd be happy to try and trace this. Recommendations? I also just received the PiZero to use with this project.
