You have a talkgroup (contact) with timeslot override.

Have you loaded a codeplug created in OpenGD77 CPS ?

The config format in the factory firmware is not compatible with OpenGD77 config so you need to start over with a config which is created in the OpenGD77 CPS.
Otherwise you will see such gibberish in the radio.
