Re: Bonjour à tous from Paris!
Hi everybody, I am Hubert, F8LJV, I am located in Paris and I come back to radio amateur after a long while (nearly 40 years break)! I started hamradio in the eighties when I was a teenager, at that time my call-sign was FB1LJV and I was active only in QRP HF CW. I received my new updated call-sign...

Re: New CPS 2024 09 13
Following the post by BD4SMY about the number of characters to include in the DMR ID screen always defaulting to 16, this has now been changed so that the selection is saved. I checked it out. I did not save the selected number of characters when restarting. Perhaps some additional manipulations ar...

And can you change the default font in forms of Extras menu? I can find those five forms all this ugly fonts when others are OK in Arial font or someon...

Re: Probable bug in OpenGD77
Another update on the effects of reducing the AF gain. During testing several people reported that reducing the AF gain completely stops the firmware working with their hotspot. So it is not going to be possible to release a version with lower gain setting. @JP7NJT, your use-case is not the normal u...

Re: RD-5R :// FM Radio and Lamb
You must calibrate the Tx frequencies of both radios to be exactly the same. Use the calibration screen. Specifically. You probably calibrated your hotspot to the exact frequency of one of your radios. The hotspot can not vary its frequency depending on which radio you are using. Hence you must cali...

Re: CERTIFICATE FCC-ID: 2AAR8RETEVISRT3S
As SA0BUX has said The RT-3S is a rebranded TYT MD-UV380. There is no difference in these radio apart from the branding and perhaps the price. If you want to buy this type of radio. Simply buy the MD-UV380 version, because like SA0BUX says, there is FCC certification radio, which I presume is requir...
