I realized that after I kept switching between day/night and tried green instead lol. I also turned the "filter" setting in the menu from from "ctcss/dcs" to none.

Now you have CTCSS receive off, you can try Fredonia again.

on your 390 press and hold SK1 (button above the PTT) and the red button. This will get you into quick menu. make sure CTCSS/DCS is off.

About your code plug, you can look me up on QRZ and send your code plug to my email, I will have a look.

I have a look at your QRZ page, I can see you are from the Business side of DMR. OpenGD77 firmware treat DMR differently. The firmware treat the channel as frequency. and then you can choose to filter out or not filter out Talkgroup. If the Talkgroup filter, Timeslot filter are off and color code sc...
