I'm a newish ham and feel very lost on this site. I very much want to use gd77 on my Tyt uv390 but despite YouTube videos making the process seem simple. I am finding it very challenging.

I am unable to download. Is always flagged as virus and I am never prompted for password. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
