Re: Retained Settings After Flashing OpenGD77 Firmware
This is normal. cS2 indicates that the timeslot is being controlled by your contact setting. When you define a talkgroup or contact you can also assign it a timeslot. Loading new firmware will never reset the channels. They are defined in the codeplug and that never reset. If you want to remove cha...

Re: Retained Settings After Flashing OpenGD77 Firmware
Nope, it's not documented for the MD-9600. I will fix that. Hello, F1RMB! I rolled back to the firmware from February 2023 and got a "settings updated" response, but the channels remained))) Then I updated the firmware to the latest version. Look at the DMR status on the old firmware "TS2" and on t...

Can downgrading the firmware to an older version and upgrading to the current one help reset all settings to default? Which firmware should I choose from the old ones?

Retained Settings After Flashing OpenGD77 Firmware
Hello everyone, I've recently attempted to reflash my TYT MD-9600 with the latest OpenGD77 firmware, expecting a full reset. However, post-flashing, I've noticed that all my previously programmed channels and even the custom welcome screen have been retained. I'm puzzled as to how this could have ha...

Transmitting Issue with MD-380 through MD-9600 Hotspot Using BlueDV
Hello, I've encountered an issue while using the TYT MD-380 in combination with the MD-9600 as a hotspot and BlueDV software to access the DMR BrandMeister network. Pressing PTT on the MD-380 triggers all notifications on the hotspot and establishes a network connection, but the TX status indicator ...
