I have a Quansheng UV-K5 running on IJV firmware latest version. I can tell you it is hands down the coolest thing you could think a 'toy' dual band transceiver would ever do. Leaps and bounds above Baofeng UV-5R's of the past.

More to show the software can be altered however you desire it. I prefer that list of sats to chase and its nice to have it so customized.

Afternoon all, After looking closely at the list of amateur satellites listed in the satellites.txt file that resides in the folder for opengd77 cps, i was able to clean up the listing a bit and it works well. I figured since sats are being monitored and possibly trying to be reached on a mobile HT ...

Is it possible to edit the satellites.txt file and add in sats that i prefer to chase, like from the amsat.org list of sats?
I would be happy to compile one for myself and share with the community who might be interested.
