I did Roger, Meanwhile I installed the CPS on another -same model- laptop, also with Win10/64, and here all worked fine! So this error is specific related to this PC and I don't know how to resolve. I have to check what app's I installed last months to see if one can interfere with the com port hand...

Hi folks. I am new to this forum and discovered a lot of information here. Great! I tried to reprogramm my GD77, wit OpenGD77 installed and use OpenGD77 CPS. Worked fine until nov 2023. Today March 27 2024 i can't come further due to com port error. CPS shows the error message "No com port ......."....
