As suggested by IK0NWG. I disconnected the battery, turned off the power switch, reinstalled the battery, held down SK1+SK2 then turned it on.
It should boot into bootloader mode.
In this case, you download a new binary firmware again, then flash your GD77

Hello I've a problem with "Contacts list". it's possible update via internet contacts and write on the radio but I can see in "Contacts List" only Grups list.
