Re: Scanning option with graphical display

I don't think there are any technical limitations, apart from perhaps RAM memory to store the RSSI values. There would definitely be enough RAM to store at least 1000 RSSI values (i.e the RSSI for 1000 scanned frequencies) The limitation is the time it would take for someone to write this function....

Re: Scanning option with graphical display

Re: DCDM Request

Of course you can use it on air, on the same direct frequency, there may be two QSOs at the same time, one will use SLOT1 and the other SLOT2, on the original FW it works my question was more about its reliability, as i unfortunately have only 2 DCDM capable radios and cant test how good it is myse...

Re: AGC control received audio

I am not sure how we can address this as it's more of a user problem. This annoys me so much that I almost wanted to quit this platform (and I have heavily invested in this platform more so than any other ones). guess motos do it in digital domain, prior to feeding decoded AMBE data to DACs, and fw...

Re: Port To CS800D

The GD-77 is a TYT MD-760. Radioddity just paid for additional firmware features to be written. Firmware for virtually all these Chinese radios, (any radios which use the C5000, C6000 or C7000 DMR chip) are all written by the same software developers, who probably worked in house for the company wh...

Re: Port To CS800D

Sure, we are already aware of the noise issues of the MD380 and similar radios displays. However, I still haven't been able to reproduce the issue myself, so if you could tell me on which frequencies you can hear the noise, maybe I'll be able to keep this in better consideration while writing the U...

Re: Port To CS800D

FYI. I had a look at the Ailuance HD1 firmware update and the firmware file is embedded inside an exe, so its difficult to know whether its in the same format as the GD-77 or not. It probably depends on whether this is really a TYT radio which is rebranded by Ailuance, and they wrote their own firm...

Re: [MMDVMHost] Hotspot output power setting.

I don't know if a DMR power meter actually exists. I discussed this with a technician who repairs Motorola DMR radios, and the radios have a special "Test" mode where they transmit a carrier with no DMR pulses etc, so that the technician can test the power output i think it would be something like ...
