Tested with:

3 different GD77 devices
3 different original-antennas
3 different original program cables
1 self-soldered shielded and ferrit cable
TX-Power: 50mW

Same result !! :(

Hi, I soldered a shielded cable: shielded USB cable with ferrite (shielded GND -> gd77 side open) Works with outdoor antenna UFB. With the original antenna no TX after a few seconds !!!! Maybe you can test it yourself. 73 Alfred The problems are almost always caused by RF injection into the USB or the host computer system. Many people have the hotspot working 100% of the time...
