can you screengrab the message, as I can't find anywhere in the CPS that contains the text "no connection"


Did you try resetting the settings?

panic over, used my win 10 pc and it read it straight away, need to look at win 7 pc com ports.........

a message in the cps says no connection , i tried reinstalling comport driver, still shows up as com6 in device manager but cps wont read radio

firmware loaded ok, but... now i cannot connect to radio for voice prompts etc, message says error connecting to radio, tried rolling back firmware, still unable to connect but com port shows radio is there, just no connection, rolled back cps too, still nothing, any ideas please Did you try reboot...
