just a thought. are you pressing the green button to confirm your changes?

click configuration, scroll to general setting and enter callsign, dmr id, freq location etc and apply changes

i noticed wifi defaults to JP i had to change mine to GB before it would find and connect

isn't there an online help source, i mean i don't know, but usually someone would have posted something
