Nothing else has changed. Quick keys are working fine for me, I just tested them, including the new Calibration screen tried several times, loaded Dec.15 firmware and Feb13 firmware, I can reproduce this: - loading firmware Dec. 15: a.) loading my existent codeplug b.) clearing by long hold SK2 + 7...

Looks like, on a RT3S, QuickKeys can not be set.
Tried to set SK2 + 7 for channel details frequency - OK is shown, I checked OK,
but during operation SK2+7 brings firmware info screen.
