Re: Radioddity DB25-D

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I will keep my DM-5R handy for OpenGD77 use as needed then.

Manual TalkGroup number entry: https://github.com/LibreDMR/OpenGD77_UserGuide/blob/master/OpenGD77_User_Guide.md#manual-talkgroup-number-entry N1KY Craig: what a terrific feature; thank you! Makes OpenGD77 worth the price of admission. I am now freed to watch and listen to the Hoseline and jump int...

Re: Ad hoc TalkGroup addition

According to the your latest posts, I think it's really time to read the user guide. With all due respect: Are you referring to the OpenGD77_User_Guide linked above your post? I am a 74 year old with a bit of ADD. 57 years ago I started my instruction in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences...

Re: New Short Guide

Has anyone converted the GD-77 Cheatsheet into one for the RD-5R? Thank you.

Ad hoc TalkGroup addition/TOT change

I’m listening on one TG and I hear them moving to a TG that is not programmed into my DM-5R (RD-5R).

Can I manually add the new TG so that I can listen and talk on it with the keypad or must I use a computer to add the TG?

Re: Looking for a RD5R

Thank you for the link, but I am kinda love the metal shell of the RD-5R. The plastic casing version will have the low mic gain problem as the UV-5R, and the fact that it can not be sure if this DM-5R is tier I of II make it hard to pull the trigger. Is this what you are looking for? https://www.ba...
