Re: Software DMR in Chip Microcontroller
Hi ok1pt, thanks for your sharing , Yes this is which I meant. all your reasons are reasonable and I aware it`s difficult task, but some microcontroller which has (digital signal processing DSP) property have a good possibilities like OMAP or TMS or even FPGA. some Expensive digital radio like hyte...

Re: Software DMR in Chip Microcontroller
Hi every one, I thought a lot about why we using DMR chip like "HR-C5000", "HR-C6000" or any one other. Can we make our DMR programmatically in chip microcontroller like STM32F or any suitable microcontroller? Share your thoughts with us. any one have information or resources please share it with u...

Re: Stable release (2022 02 28)
Hi, * Update udev latest systemd. Hi! What does this mean in the context of the MCU firmware ? Is it related to recognizing the devices on the Linux machines, where systemd/udev is used ? With regards & 73, Pavel the syntax of the udev rules has changed (regarding variables). Cheers. --- Daniel Tha...

Re: MOTOROLA MDC1200 signaling tone
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MDC-1200 MDC (Motorola Data Communications), also known as Stat-Alert, MDC-1200 and MDC-600, is a Motorola two-way radio low-speed data system using audio frequency shift keying, (AFSK). MDC-600 uses a 600 baud data rate. MDC-1200 uses a 1,200 baud data rate. Systems e...

CPS on Linux ... again!
Hi! I would like to ask for explanation of the comm protocol between CPS and the radio (in normal "codeplug" mode, not in upgrade mode). The problem is, that we (I with my friend) are able to perfectly run CPS on Linux (using wine), but it can't communicate with the radio. AFAIK, when the radio is c...

Re: Edit channels
As you have found CSV files are simple but that still have variations. Your delimiter problem is most likely due to your Windows regional settings. If your country uses comma for decimal numbers then the list separator will be changed to semicolon. I no longer use Excel, but I seem to remember it d...

Re: Public Beta (2022 01 09)
Pavel, to be honest, I'm relatively new to DMR and still don't fully comprehend how everything works. I see the green RX LED going on quite often without hearing any audio, so I thought I'll give it a try with these setting and as this were the settings when the reboots occured I wrote it in my pos...

Re: Public Beta (2022 01 09)
Hi, Since I have installed the new beta I also experience random reboots. I first noticed it has rebooted, when my satellite data were suddenly gone despite I have suspend option set to on. After the reboot KEPs are gone, time and date are gone. GPS location is still to what I had set it. FW info: ...

Re: DCDM and SFR
Thanks Pavel I have heard some people on BM saying they are using their Anttone as some sort of range extender for their hotspot, so I presume they must be using SFR mode. It is a shame the GD77 hardware is not capable of this, but its impossible to do things the hardware is incapable of doing It m...
