Is it normal hearing the opposite time slot you are scanning in scan mode? Most people would refer this to bleed over. Does this have anything to do with the scan speed. Would slowing the scan fix this? Experiencing this on both of my TYT md-9600's

Having problems with receive and transmit delays on the md-9600 with my hotspot. Used to have the same problem on the gd-77 but sometime it must have gotten fixed. I can monitor with the gd-77 with the same hotspot and hear all incoming transmissions, but the md-9600 misses maybe one out of thirty ...
