Thanks, makes sense. I edited my BM static list and will access the rest dynamic. I wondered why I was seeing so much of that dynamic-activation-PTT activity being done by others...now I know. Thanks again for your help.

I got the GD-77 for promiscuous mode, but it FAILS!
It will NOT let you completely monitor an unknown signal nor will it DISPLAY everything you need to program.
IE You must know the Color Code AND Time Slot for it to work.

Does the Open FW do that?
