OpenGD77

Back to DMR since some years of absense, I built a Hotspot for vaccation and retuned to DMR. During updating my old RT3 and some research, I found the OpenGD77 and installed it on my MD9600 yesterday. Great approach for this radio but unfortunately not for the old RT3 as far as I know.
