Hello from the Isle of Man

Post by GD5IOM » Sat Mar 30, 2024 9:16 pm

I am having difficulty getting a windows 11 PC to connect to a DM-1701. PCS doesn't offer a com port to connect to although you can see it as a digital radio attached to a USM port under device manager. I see some other people have had this issue but I don't see an obvious solution.

Install the Windows 10 driver from this zip file

downloads/drivers/Dfuse_3.0.6_drivers.zip

See

youtu.be/ZvFfMJ_FyUI

Loading is the same as on the DM1701 and UV380 and MD9600 apart from the method on the radio to enter the bootloader
