TYT 390 Plus 10W

I bought this radio, the PLUS (although when I finally receive it in the mail, I'm going to take the battery out and check the W. Regardless, 1) what is the latest OPEN GD77 for my TYT, and, 2) can I just flash the regular 5w uv 390 plus firmware?
