[RT3S GPS] PTT Latch

Post by IU4TEG » Wed Sep 04, 2024 9:40 am

Hi, thank you for everything you do on this free project.
I use a Retevis RT3S GPS, latest "Release Candidate 2 Version 2024 08 03" onboard.

I noticed that when i set Ptt Latch option in the radio menu to On it doesn't work. Ptt button operates normally. Tried also to reflash but no success, I suppose I had the same trouble with one or two previous betas, but initially it worked fine, one touch for tx on and one again for tx off...

Am I doing something wrong or is an issue?
I was just curious, it's not an essential feature for me.

I also noticed that the green led stopped working, I suppose it is a cold soldering issue in this case, because also in DFU mode the led doesn't blink (only red blinks).

73 and many thanks.
Fabio.

PTT latch requires a TOT to work.

F1RMB you're right.
I read the whole manual months ago and didn't remember it.
My fault, I apologize.
