Memory channel Scan

Hi and thanks for this development.

My GD-77 fw Dec 27 2020
DMR Filter: none
CC Filter: On
TS Filter: On

Memory channel Scan ->ON.
A dmr frequency is busy, only slot 1.
My GD-77 has two memory channel with this frequency, a for slot 1 channel and other for slot 2 channel.

* Scan stops on slot 1 channel and I hear the QSO. Ok.
* Scan stops on slot 2 channel and it keeps this channel. Shouldn't it continue scanning? (slot 2 is free).

Sounds like this may be a bug

This is probably due to the same bug you previously reported about the audio amp remaining enabled when changing to an unused timeslot.

The scan hold is controlled by the state of the audio amp. If the audio amp remains enabled then the scanning software will see that as an active channel.

Thanks.

I'll need to see if I can test this, however its not that easy unless I setup 2 duplex hotspots.

Well, actually perhaps I can simulate this with 2 channels with the same frequency but different TS, but its not exactly the same

Yes, under this condition, the audio amplifier is enabled.

Firmware 19th January 2021 fixe this bug.

I think it was related to audio bug, just as Colin anticipated,

Great job. Thanks.
