Observed in D2021.01.19.01, GD77, VP level 3
Steps to reproduce:
- set a quick key for the Options menu
- power-cycle the trx
- open the Options menu by a quick key, the arrow down doesn't work (just beeps) -> bug
- leave the Options screen, open and close Main Menu
- open Options again by a quick key, the arrow down now works

I've noticed the same also for the Sound Options.

OK.

Unfortunately the current method used for QuickKeys turned out to have a lot of problems.

Its likely that it may need to be completely re-written another way to overcome the various problems, but there is currently no one who has any time to re-write this
