Problem: I often want to listen to the input frequency of a repeater without the squelch to see if I can hear them. When I reverse the tx/rx frequencies, holding in the function key doesn't open the squelch like it does normally.
Steps to reproduce (tested on the Baofeng DM-1701 with build 2023005092005957)
1. Go to any repeater in the memory (analog or digital).
2. Hold down the "#" key.
Notice -> The title of the repeater goes into reverse video. If I press the key below the PTT, I can confirm that the RX/TX frequencies have been swapped.
3. Hold in the function key.
Notice -> Nothing happens.
Can't open squelch with the function key when rx/tx is reversed

Confirmed that the bug is not reproducable with the newest build. Thanks so much!
