Greetings,

I went on to load up the latest firmware and and the software reported unable to communicate with the radio. But read and write operations are OK. Tried to do a a factory reset, but loads up the same firmware. What can I do?

hold the two bottom side buttons when turning the radio on

One day I was paranoid my radio wasn't working right, I was holding the PTT and top button by accident, rather than the two side buttons.
