Keps wont update on RT3s and DM17-01

I suddenly cant update my satellite keps...on RT-3S and the DM 1701.... get this error. I can upload my code plug from thw radios

So this might be a laptop specific issue. On my other laptop it worked BUT I hit install keps and it asks me the port number and I choose the correct port. Then it faults out and asks me to click the port number again and works...

So one laptop not working at all and the other asking for the port number twice MIGHT be a bug....

Hi,

I think both problems are unrelated.
The first one should refer about some empty received keps (I'm working on this ATM).
About the second one, it's strange, as the CPS looks for a friendly name, that means, if the transceiver is connected, it should detect it by itself (I don't know about if that works correctly under Windows 11).

The laptop that error message came from is the laptop I set up my DM-1701, TYT-9600 and TYT UV-390 Plus with. They all worked and updated the keps til I tried to update the keps the day I posted that...

That error was after I updated to the most recent CPS because it got an error and it wouldn't update the keps on the CPS that I used to install Opengd77 on all 3...it was 2 CPS ago the original that quit updating the keps so I updated the keps and got the same error...

No change was made in this area lately. It still works (I tried). Are you sure your windows didn't restricted the CPS network access ?

Just saw this... I downloaded the new CPS and the keps updated perfect on the RT3S and DM1701. Havent tried the TYT UV390 Plus yet but I'm sure it will work great! Thanks!
