Channel export/import support for channel power levels

The export/import function does not seem to support the newly added channel power levels. When you import channels they all get set to 500mW.
When creating a new channel it also defaults to 500mW, not master.

True
I didn't consider this when I added that function.
We use an existing data field for this, which was not used in the official firmware.
So I'll need to modify the Export / Import to write / read the new use for that unused data field.
