A new CPS version is now available

Changes in this version

* Adds "Force DMO" option to DMR channels and VFO - Note this requires the latest radio firmware to support this functionality.
* Update to satellites.txt for change to satellite name
* Update to translations
* Installer no longer requires a password, as using a password didn't help with the exe being falsely identified as containing a virus.

what is force DMO?

In simple terms, it allows split frequency DMR operation.

Normally when the Tx and Rx frequencies are not the same, DMR radios assume that the channel is for repeater operation, and changes the DMR protocol to RMO mode, rather than DMO aka Simplex

There has just been a bug report regarding the DMO / RMO functionality, which I will need to fix tomorrow and release updated firmware
