* Translation updates for: Czech, Spanish and Catalan
* Fixes for missing texts in all languages
* Updated Satellites data from David N9KT

Note. Satellites data now has the ISS SSTV frequency as Frequency 3 aka beacon.
Beacon frequencies have been added for AO-91, IO-86, and PO-101.
Reactivated satellites have been added.
Inactive satellites have been removed.

I have added the PO-101 path APRS, but in the MD-9600, mode satellite and frequency "2" the TX and RX are the same frequency 145.900MHz, no split.
In the "satellites.txt" file it´s ok.

I just changed my satellites.txt file and APRS Tx worked fine.

Make sure you set APRS mode to PTT in the APRS options
