The version what I am used is（R2024.03.30.01）
The operation is as follows：
setting—APRS Configuations——ADD——Fixed position
（√）Use posittion
Latitude（119.88）The data set cannot be saved

I think you have Latitude and Longitude confused.
Latitude can't be more than +- 90 degrees.
