Another 2 updates from Daniel to fix problems / bugs

* Fix for bug where stopping the FM Tone scan resulted in the "tone" being set to the last tone value that was scanned. Stopping the tone scan now reverts to the Rx CTCSS / DCS prior to the Tone scan was started
* Fix for problem where Tone scan now takes a very long time, because of the large number of DCS tones. Tone scan can now optionally scan All, or CTCSS or DCS tones.


The User Guide (only the online version in the development branch) has now been updated

DCS uses frequency shift keying of the carrier. For normal codes a positive shift in frequency equals a one bit. For inverted codes a positive shift equals a zero bit. Different radios have different standards. Allowing both to be selected gives the best compatibility.
