Your report is not that clear.
Did you installed the voice prompts file ? If you already have it installed previously, did you updated to the latest version, as Roger stated in his post:

Whit firmware rel. of 2020/13/20 and 2020/12/21
the prompt option = " voice " Is not ptesent on my GD77 and my DM1801. Only Silent or BEEP opions.

Yes, and that means the voice prompts pack is not installed (hence the option is missing).
