OpenGD77

This Beta hopefully now fully fixes the Settings Update bug.
It also gives slightly better battery life than the previous Beta.

Thanks to all the people who have been testing the many private betas over the last week, while Daniel and I were trying to find what was causing the "Settings Update" problem.

Turning DMR filters on and off in the Quick menu doesn't work properly here either.
The speaker output will be muted.

I just looked at the old 2021 jul 11 edition. It's already malfunctioning there.

Press the Hash - #> to quickly switch between active moons (sure inside, I don't know outside)
But good, I just noticed. If anyone didn't know.

after many hours of operation with this firmware the radio never restarted and the message SETTING UPDATE never appeared ....
