Reselling a GD77 with OpenGD77 on it, to me (NOT a developer, no vested interest other than being auser) is a non-issue as long as you're not profiting off of OpenGD77 itself.

Example: If they were actually on sale (they aren't, afaik they aren't made anymore) and were on sale for $85 and you were selling it for $115 with OpenGD77 preinstalled, that's bad. Again, absolutely my opinion and not of the actual people who make OpenGD77
