I started to make one of my own, but ran into problems with Adobe Elements software that I purchased back in 2020, so gave up!

Using the RD-5R cheatsheet, I can't find the keys to use to toggle Promiscuous mode. Does this exist?

The firmware is in 'Promiscuous' mode by default. If you want to filter things, you need to change the filter settings in the Quick Menu on the VFO or Channel screen. See the User Guide
